Job summary

Our Windsor, WI client seeks an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise production staff, drive productivity, ensure quality, promote safety, and support employee development on the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday).

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, coordinating staffing and training, maintaining shift records, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience or supervisory role
• Ability to read production specifications and use quality measurement tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
