Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team during the 11p-7a shift, in a salaried exempt role.

You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, assess health status, and train new employees while upholding our culture of compassionate, high-quality care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Demonstrated leadership with teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

Hours: Monday - Friday 11p-7a

As the RN House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team.
