Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to provide leadership and oversee the nursing team as part of a patient‑focused care team.

You will support the Director of Nursing, develop plans to meet departmental goals, monitor care delivery and outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, engaged work environment for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• BSN preferred with strong leadership and clinical knowledge.
• Ability to lead a diverse nursing team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with leadership and oversight of the nursing team.
• Assist in developing plans to meet departmental goals and objectives.
• Monitor patient care delivery and outcomes, identify improvements, and implement actions.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team. What You'll Do

What You Need

• Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice and patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• This is a salaried/exempt position.
