Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor to lead our nursing team. This salaried role is Monday through Thursday, 7p-5a, focusing on clinical oversight, policy adherence, and high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, respond to emergencies, and mentor new employees to maintain our standard of care and compassion for every resident.

• Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.

Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor.

As the RN House Supervisor, Monday - Thursday, 7p-5a, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.
