Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates while touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, and expenses to meet sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and implements company programs to ensure a high quality customer experience and adherence to Walmart standards.
