• Lead and develop high-performing teams; hire, train, mentor, and assign duties to associates.
• Drive store performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring merchandise presentation and customer experience.
• Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and customer focus across all levels of the store.
