• Maintain store appearance and product presentation to standards.
• Staffing, hiring, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Promote succession planning and coach for promotions.
• Enforce disciplinary actions when needed and advise on discharges.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales targets, and control shrink.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and uphold safety.
