Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience operating building mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, pumps, and related systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform preventive maintenance on facility systems.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing and life-safety related components as needed.
