Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3–5 years of experience operating building mechanical systems.
Knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, and building automation.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and steam/water distribution lines.
Maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and related equipment including controls and sensors.
Operate gas distribution lines, water filters, distribution pumps, and related components.
Maintain electrical motors, control systems, and VFDs; support life safety systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls on a rotating basis.
Inventory control of parts and materials; ensure clean and safe mechanical rooms.
