Job summary

Bloom Energy Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead in Fremont, CA. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is an on-site, full-time position with a Thurs–Sat shift and alternating Wed 6pm–6am.

You will lead the on-the-floor manufacturing activities, ensure safety and quality, manage material movement, cycle counts, and standardized work, while mentoring technicians to troubleshoot and improve processes. Flexibility with schedule and strong team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, AA degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams.
• Experience with lean manufacturing terminology and concepts.
• Experience creating standardized work and performing station audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-the-floor manufacturing activities safely and in line with EHS policies.
• Ensure quality standards are met and team adheres to requirements daily.
• Manage material movement between plants and processes using Oracle/IOT systems.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory; document findings for engineering.
• Train and mentor technicians to troubleshoot and operate effectively.
• Identify waste and closures opportunities; communicate issues to supervisor.
