Job summary

Hollywood Casino Bangor is seeking an experienced leader to manage operations across multiple departments within our gaming property in Bangor. The role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and staff development in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and at least five years of progressive gaming experience, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven ability to lead teams and ensure compliant, high-quality guest

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
• Experience leading teams in a gaming/entertainment setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of three Departments as assigned by the GM.
• Assist in meeting Property EBITDA, profitability and financial objectives.
• Maximize gaming revenue and manage costs, labor, and cash controls.
• Ensure guest relations and a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain staff morale and oversee HR processes (recruitment, training, coaching).
