Job summary

SBM Management Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate activities safely within the assigned program and ensure OSHA compliance. The role includes supervising employees, inspections, and maintaining records.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift certification a possible plus. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with occasional travel to customer sites or company facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program workers and safety within the site.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks and safety policies.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Prepare and review written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections; track equipment and inventory.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance.
• Foster effective communication with customers and contractors.
• Travel to various work locations as needed.
