Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within assigned programs, supervising employees and temporary staff, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. The role involves inspecting areas and equipment, maintaining records, and reporting to the manager, with possible travel to various locations.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, conducting safety inspections, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper use of PPE.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor activities within the program.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly) and maintain records.
