Job summary

MWVCAA is seeking a Site Assistant I to support ARCHES Project sites in Polk and Marion counties. This full-time, grant-funded role involves cleaning, laundry, clerical duties, data entry, and assisting clients with navigation to resources. You will work the graveyard shift and join a mission-driven team focused on equity and opportunity for all.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in public or social services; equivalent combinations also considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support: cleaning, site upkeep, laundry, and supportive services.
• Engage clients and assist with navigation to resources; answer phone and monitor safety.
• Assist with meal preparation and distribution; support guest laundry/computers access.
