Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Shuttle Driver for night shifts to transport empty trailers to Operating Company locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. Responsibilities include safety checks, DOT compliance, and timely, professional communication with customers and co-workers.

The role requires a valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement, 12 months of driving experience, and a clean MVR. You will work a 3rd shift schedule with Sunday–Thursday rotations and must pass

Qualifications

• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to route schedule; hook/unhook per safety guidelines.
• Perform daily log of hours of service as required by DOT and company policies.
