Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Houston, TX is hiring a Production Warehouse Shipping Loader for the second shift (6 PM – 3 AM). Move glass, load materials, read labels, and support production flow while maintaining a safe workspace.

You must be physically capable, stand for long periods, and work well in a team. We offer benefits starting day one, quarterly bonuses, monthly incentive pay, and a 401(k) employer match with immediate vesting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work as a member of a team and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, trucks, or crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production; read and attach labels.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or manual handling equipment.
• Ensure proper product flow by understanding facility layout.
• Rotate through different production functions as needed.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and report issues to supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications; maintain clean work area.
