Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Birmingham, AL is hiring for a Production Warehouse Shipping Loader on the second shift. You will move glass, read labels, inspect quality, and ensure product flow while maintaining safety and a clean workspace.

This on-site role offers benefits starting day one, overtime as needed, and quarterly safety bonuses; applicants must be 18+ and have warehouse or production experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, trucks, or crates for long hours.
• Transport materials between positions to expedite production.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Perform quality inspection and operate equipment or maneuver manually.
• Understand facility layout to ensure product flow.
• Rotate across different production functions.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Use tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend regularly and follow safety policies.
