Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Production Associate for the Tempering Night Shift. The role involves handling glass, loading, and following work instructions to support continuous production from 6 PM to 6 AM with hours that may vary.

Candidates should be physically capable of lifting heavy loads, enjoy a team environment, and be prepared to contribute to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment; glass industry preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted; up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to push weights greater than 150 lbs with a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions from Supervisor, Plant Manager and/or Branch Manager.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Handling glass from tables, rolling racks, for eight to twelve hours daily.
• Transporting materials including glass from one position/location.
• Following work instructions by reading labels to expedite the production process, understand and communicate paperwork and labels/ picking list.
• Inspecting product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues.
