Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Dallas, NC is seeking a motivated production/warehouse worker to move glass, read labels, inspect products, and support the production flow. You will measure, tag, and help maintain a safe, clean work area while meeting quality standards.

Candidates should be 18+, with warehouse or production experience preferred. Flexible, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; day shift start around 7am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials including glass to expedite production.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for abnormalities and report issues to supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Attend and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
