Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring a Shipping Loader for a day shift. Location is Dallas, NC. You will move glass throughout the facility, operate equipment, and ensure product quality and proper labeling.

We offer benefits starting day one and a quarterly safety and performance bonus program. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a rotating set of duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements with a tape measure.
• Flexible work availability, typically Mon–Fri with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or crates for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Perform quality inspection and operate or manually handle equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as assigned.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
