Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements using a tape measure.
• All production workers can work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Overhead crane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, or trucks daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production processes.
• Read and attach labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspection and operate equipment or manual handling.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different production functions.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Use tape measure to verify product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend work reliably and follow safety policies.
