Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse role to ensure correct product picking and loading for delivery trucks. Hours are Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm to 3:30 am, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in material delivery or distribution, plus strong customer service and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including load picking and building, inventory handling, and accurate completion of Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions using approved handheld technology.
• Operate forklifts and/or walk‑rider equipment as required and maintain all necessary certifications to safely operate such equipment.
• Build, load, and unload delivery trucks in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure proper stock rotation is maintained in the warehouse and on delivery vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility and assigned work areas.
• Prepare damaged product for repack in accordance with company policy.
• Perform routine care and general maintenance of equipment to support safe operation.
• Participate in required training and continuing education programs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including brands, packages, styles, and categories.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
