Green Bay Packaging Inc. is hiring a Sheeter Operator to transform master rolls into precise sheets for high-speed printing presses. You will balance mechanical skill with attention to detail, ensuring every sheet meets exact specifications.

You will work on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Sunday through Thursday, with day shift training during the initial 120 days. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with using hand and power tools.
• Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Interest in precision and quality during production.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and load machinery; thread web and adjust knives per work instructions.
• Operate the Sheeter at peak efficiency with proper tension and cuts.
• Perform quality audits for squareness, size and surface defects.
• Troubleshoot jams, web breaks and tension issues on the fly.
• Manage roll stock data and stage finished pallets using forklifts.
• Maintain safe, clean workspace and perform basic preventative tasks.
