Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Printing Press Operator to safely operate Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed presses and ensure high-quality printed materials. You will handle on-press make-readies, adjustments, maintenance, and color accuracy while following strict safety procedures.

The role requires strong technical skills, teamwork, and basic computer usage; evening and overnight shifts with possible overtime and weekend work are available.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and quality.
• Experience with Offset printing and lithographic presses.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking.
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed Printing Presses.
• Perform on-press make-readies, including setup and adjustments for each job.
• Troubleshoot press issues and make mechanical adjustments for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with the Printing Press Feeder and team members.
• Follow work instructions and job specs to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain press cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
