Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sheeter Operator on-site to convert master rolls into precise sheets for high-speed presses. You will load, thread, and set slitters, monitor the web, and maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and the ability to work 8–12 hour shifts with occasional overtime. Training on day shift precedes 2nd shift scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required or equivalent.
• 1+ year maintenance/quality control or machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to operate and maintain material-handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Precision setup: load master rolls, thread web, set slitters and knives per instructions.
• High-speed operation: monitor machine tension and cut lengths for consistency.
• Quality control: audit squareness, sheet size, and surface defects.
• Troubleshooting: address jams and web breaks with mechanical adjustments.
• Inventory & logistics: track roll stock and stage finished pallets with equipment.
• Safety & maintenance: keep workspace clean and perform basic preventative tasks.
