The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with production equipment, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage technical operations effectively. The role offers a salary of $72,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operation and repair of production equipment.
• Proven proficiency in operation and repair of insertion and bindery equipment.
• Knowledge of reporting tools Jet/IQ.
• 3 years minimum supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Production Technical Support Department.
• Provide direction and mechanical support to production mechanics.
• Monitor work in progress and ensure timely equipment repairs.
• Maintain parts inventory and preventive maintenance records.
• Coach and develop Technicians under direct report.
