Job summary

Pilkington North America is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3) in Versailles, KY. You will lead shift operations, ensure safety and quality, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, performance management, audits, and adherence to plant procedures. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and quality systems.
• Proven coaching and accountability skills for performance.
• Effective problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to meet production, quality, cost, delivery and downtime targets.
• Monitor shop floor performance and coach employees to meet goals.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure adequate qualified coverage.
• Conduct performance management and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Facilitate shift meetings and communicate priorities and results.
• Identify production constraints and drive continuous improvement.
• Support safety investigations and corrective actions.
