The Senior Production Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple production departments in a 24/7 environment, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• MBA or MS in a related discipline is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own manufacturing performance across multiple production departments or value streams.
• Lead and develop Production Managers to execute production strategy.
• Oversee long-range capacity planning, workforce planning, and scalability initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, cost structures, and financial performance metrics.
• Support capital investment planning and equipment strategy.
