Job summary
Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is expanding to De Soto, Kansas, building the world’s largest lithium-ion battery factory. The General Manager of Maintenance will drive long-range manufacturing planning, set operational goals, and lead maintenance technology upgrades to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in mechanical/electrical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in maintenance/manufacturing
- Experience managing 24/7 high-speed manufacturing environments
- Experience with Lean, continuous improvement and safety programs
- Executive collaboration across Production, Quality, Engineering and Safety
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations to achieve KPIs and objectives
- Direct 24/7 maintenance activities ensuring uptime and reliability
- Develop and maintain maintenance strategies, budgets, and policies
- Build autonomous and preventive maintenance capabilities including 6S
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance
