Responsibilities

• Monitor access points, verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery permissions per site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
