Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer for Near-Campus Housing in New York. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor areas, and provide outstanding customer service as an Unarmed Patrol Officer. Join a team that prioritizes integrity and reliability.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You’ll work nights including Mon-Sun 11:00 PM–07:00 AM, with opportunities for growth and access

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local rules.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
