Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License is required.
• TWIC credential is required/preferred for certain locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility operations personnel.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, contractor documentation, and delivery permissions.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities and perimeter areas.
