Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for our New York facility. You will oversee daily operations, maintain client confidentiality, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across NYS agencies.

This role requires strong leadership to maintain staffing coverage and timely client care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating programming, documenting incidents and shift reports, and engaging clients to address issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four (4) years’ applicable experience.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and other basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Input client data using CARES database, as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NYS DHS, NYS OTDA, NYC FDNY, NYC Dept. of Health, NYC Coalition for the Homeless, etc.
• Supervise daily shift operations, staff coverage, and programming.
• Respond to complaints, incidents, and emergencies; document and report.
• Conduct client intake and assist with community outreach.
• Enforce Good Neighbor Policy and coordinate with CAMBA management.
