Job summary
The Campbell's Company is seeking a Salty Processing Operator in Hanover, PA for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday). Starting pay is $22.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.
You will operate processing equipment, monitor batch sheets, ensure food safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include adjusting recipes, maintaining product quality, performing cleanups and changeovers, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing and food processing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
- Ability to follow batch sheets, recipes, production schedules, and operational procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to perform equipment setups, changeovers, and minor maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate processing equipment to produce products within QA standards and specifications.
- Mix ingredients and monitor temperature, moisture, and product consistency.
- Monitor product flow and remove out-of-spec products.
- Operate, shut down, clean, and perform changeovers on processing equipment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor equipment adjustments.
