Pennsylvania Ag Connection in Hanover, PA is seeking a Salty Processing Operator to support our food manufacturing line. You will safely operate processing equipment, monitor product quality, and maintain a steady flow to packaging while upholding GMP standards.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety. You will collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to safely operate manufacturing and food processing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Able to follow batch sheets, recipes, and production schedules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to meet QA standards and production specs.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperature and moisture, and adjust as needed.
• Track product flow and remove out-of-spec items.
• Perform equipment changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Read batch sheets and document production data clearly.
• Follow GMPs and sanitation procedures.
