Job summary

Campbell's in Hanover, PA seeks a Salty Processing Operator to safely run processing equipment and maintain QA standards. You will monitor temperatures, adjust formulations, and ensure consistent product quality on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include following batch sheets, performing changeovers, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining sanitation and GMP compliance. Overtime may be required to support production goals.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Ability to follow batch sheets, recipes, production schedules, and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform equipment setups and minor maintenance.
• Ability to complete production logs and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to meet QA standards and specs.
• Monitor temperature, moisture, and product consistency; adjust as needed.
• Track product flow and remove out-of-spec material.
• Perform changeovers and cleaning per procedures.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor adjustments.
• Read batch sheets and follow production instructions.
• Document temperatures, batch numbers, and raw material weights.
• Support food safety, GMPs, and sanitation procedures.
• Move raw materials using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
• Maintain inventory levels and report needs to production leadership.
