Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support per American Heart Association.
• Current RN license in Ohio or in good standing via multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to policy and scope.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
