OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse, acute care settings on the Observation Unit 1. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a 24/7/365 team, with a focus on quality and cathartic teamwork.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after 5 years of employment. Night shift and 36 scheduled hours weekly are included in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• BLS – Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• RN – Registered Nurse (Ohio Board of Nursing)
• BSN preferred or required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilités

• Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning – Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan as needed.
• Leadership – Participates in process improvement to improve quality, satisfaction, and finances.
• Operations – Performs operational duties within the unit.
