Job summary

Qualifications

• Document planned nursing interventions and expected outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Lead process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operate within the High Reliability Organization framework emphasizing safety and efficiency.
