Job summary

OhioHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings in Columbus, Ohio. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs as needed.

The role requires performing assessments, planning and evaluating care, and participating in safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives within a 24/7 department. Night shift is scheduled with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan patient care across the continuum.
• Document interventions and outcomes in the care plan.
• Coordinate with licensed staff and UAP for safe patient handling.
• Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care 24/7 operations.
