OhioHealth in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a registered nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in diverse, acute settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and collaborates within a 24/7/365 department.

The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with a focus on safety and quality. Key responsibilities include initial and ongoing health assessments, care planning, and coordinating with licensed personnel.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at intervals; revises plan of care with a multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

Educación

RN license in Ohio or compact state

BSN required by 5 years of employment

BLS certification
