Job summary

OhioHealth in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in diverse acute settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and leading process improvements to meet clinical quality and patient satisfaction goals. Night shift, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and document health status for patients and families.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safety and patient satisfaction.
• Support 24/7/365 operations within the department.
