Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ohio Board of Nursing governs licensure and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status and needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
