Job summary

Woodland Park Nursing Home seeks a Registered Nurse to fill a management/leadership role as Night Supervisor on 10pm-6am and 6pm-6am shifts. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with delivering safe, efficient care and maintaining patient/family and employee satisfaction.

The role serves as a clinical operations liaison among units, the DON, ADON, medical director, and nursing staff to ensure compliant and high-quality care, staffing, and documentation during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising CNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents' health and assess needs to provide quality care.
• Work with physicians to create care plans and assist with procedures.
• Supervise and train CNAs and LPNs on staff.
• Monitor nursing care to reduce hospitalizations and ensure positive outcomes.
• Ensure timely notification of physician/family about changes in patient health.
