Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field preferred (MS/MSN/MBS/MM/MHA/MPH).
• 2+ years of relevant nursing leadership experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the utilization of resources and staffing to maximize unit efficiency and budget control.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to address issues and maintain high care quality.
• Monitor census, acuity, and bed usage; adjust staffing per leadership direction.
• Provide clinical leadership for high-risk patients and complex situations.
