Job summary

Woodland Park Nursing Home is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor for FT 10pm-6am and 6pm-6am shifts. The RN Supervisor will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate clinical operations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures during the shift.

The role includes supervising CNAs and LPNs, collaborating with physicians on care plans, maintaining records, and improving patient outcomes while managing staffing and handoffs between shifts.

Qualifications

• Current/Active state RN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines.
• Experience supervising CNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor residents' health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
• Work with physicians to create care plans and assist during procedures.
• Maintain healthcare records and reports.
• Supervise and train CNAs and LPNs on staff.
• Administer medications and injections and provide emergency care when needed.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness within the facility.
