Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff during night shift.
• Assist Director of Nursing with planning and evaluation of nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and resident care plans.
• Review nursing notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other departments to support resident care.
