Job summary

Park View Health Center is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead resident care on the night shift. You will monitor changes in condition, coordinate with physicians, and ensure care plans are followed in accordance with regulations and facility policies.

The role requires an active nursing license, CPR certification, and prior supervision experience in long-term care. Open until filled, with a structured schedule and ongoing staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Preferred 3 years with geriatric, psychiatric, or developmentally disabled residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors resident condition changes and communicates with providers.
• Leads acute and emergency situations as incident commander.
• Provides training and coaching to staff and conducts performance evaluations.
