Qualifications

• Ability to communicate to residents, families and staff at a level they understand.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of all nursing staff on the shift to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and replacement of call-offs; reallocate staff as needed.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and oversee chart preparation for visits.
• Monitor resident health, document observations, and coordinate follow-up with physicians.
