Job summary

Elderwood at Hamburg is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 12-hour night shift to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality care for residents during the night.

You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain regulatory compliance while supporting a patient-centered culture that emphasizes accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• State RN license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year in a nursing leadership role
• Interest or experience in geriatrics
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience with dementia population desirable
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English at intermediate or higher level

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to clinical issues and changing resident needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical oversight, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
